In these uncertain times, many of you have visited our stores to ensure you have what you need to keep your families comfortable and healthy. At Rent-A-Center, we pride ourselves in giving you access to the items you need when you need them, while always prioritizing your family’s and our team’s health. Accordingly, we’ve implemented special in-store procedures in accordance with recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control. For your peace of mind, we want to share with you what these actions are, and what your options as a valued Rent-A-Center customer include.

Though cleanliness is always a top priority, we are ramping up the frequency and strength of our cleaning and sanitizing processes and paying special attention to high-touch surfaces like countertops and gaming systems. Additionally, we are encouraging customers and teammates who do not feel well to stay at home.

All Rent-A-Center associates have been informed about the best ways to keep themselves and their families healthy. As mentioned above, any team members who are feeling unwell or have traveled to a high-risk area recently have been instructed to stay at home.

For Rent-A-Center customers, we want to remind you that you do not need to come into the store to get great service and no-credit payment plans on the appliances, furnishings, and electronics your family needs. Use the following services to shop, pay, and enjoy the benefits of Rent-A-Center from the comfort of your home:

Online Ordering

Use the Rent-A-Center app (Android or iOS) or visit Rentacenter.com to browse our selection of furniture, electronics, appliances, smartphones, and more without having to leave your home. You can submit a no-credit application and place your order online, too!

Online Payments

If you already have rent-to-own items from Rent-A-Center and are unable to pay in-store, fear not! Our convenient ePay system allows you to make payments from your phone, laptop, or tablet. You can make one-time ePayments anywhere, anytime or set up AutoPay to help you pay on-time, every time!

To set up your online account, find your agreement number on your rental agreement (or by calling our Customer Service Center at 1-800-422-8186) and sign up on our website. If you have multiple agreements, you’ll only need one to get started! Read our payment FAQ section for more info.

Even though many schools and offices have closed, work and classes continues virtually for many. If you need a desktop to stay productive while you work from home, or if your kids need a laptop to keep learning away from school, you can get them today with an affordable upfront price and flexible payments. We’re committed to giving you access to the tools you and your family need to alleviate the stress of these challenging times. Free Same-Day Delivery

Rather than driving to a store to pick up items yourself, Rent-A-Center offers free delivery and setup — sometimes even on the same day! So, if you need a new fridge, gaming console, or TV, we’ll bring it to your doorstep at your convenience.

Curbside Pickup

Free curbside pickup is now available at most stores, so you can just order online, drive up, and pick up the stuff you need when you need it! We’ll bring your items out to you, so you can just pop the trunk, get the goods, and drive off! Inquire about curbside pickup when completing your order over the phone or by contacting your local Rent-A-Center directly.

Better Used Products

Even if certain stores are low on inventory, we do our best to keep things in-stock for when you need them. That includes a significant amount of gently-used, professionally-cleaned items that can make a convenient addition to your home during these tough times.
