Consent to Commercial Use of Uploaded Material and Release Form

By clicking “SUBMIT” you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the uploaded photo/video/audio or otherwise have an assignable right to license and/or publish the materials you have uploaded.  You further agree that, in exchange for possible publication of your uploaded photo, video, and/or audio submission as well as possible inclusion in contests or drawings that may be offered from time to time, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, you grant Rent-A-Center, Inc., its parent and subsidiary entities, affiliates and franchisees the absolute and irrevocable, royalty-free right and permission (the “License”), with respect to the photographs, video or film, and audio that you have uploaded: (a) to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or images, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, illustration, promotion, training, advertising, and trade, (b) to copyright the same in their own name or any other name that they may choose; and (c) to use any name, reference or likeness you have provided in connection therewith, if they so choose.

RELEASE:  In addition to the foregoing representation and grant of the License, you hereby release Rent-A-Center together with its affiliated and subsidiary entities and each of their respective, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, along with their franchisees and any designee (including any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical, or other publication) from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of submitted photographs, video, and/or audio recordings, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy that you may have now or that may arise in the future.  You understand and agree that this release is binding upon your heirs successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Rent-A-Center and its affiliates, successors, and assigns.
