3 Easy Recipes for Party-ready Kabobs

Caprese salad is typically mozzarella, tomato, and basil. With the addition of tortellini, these skewers get heartier.

Ingredients:

  • 24 cheese-filled tortellini
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 12 mozzarella balls
  • 12 wood or metal skewers

Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and let cool.

Start with a piece of pasta. Thread a tortellini, a tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto a skewer. Add another tortellini.

Step 3
Repeat until you have 12 finished skewers.

With crisp peppers and onions, plus sweet pineapple chunks, these kabobs are packed with flavor and texture. They can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before grilling.

Step 1
Heat grill to high.

Lightly oil the grill. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook 10-15 minutes, turning once or twice and saucing each time.
