5 Good Sites for Online Photo Storage

Cute Dog Photo

You’re no stranger to the selfie stick. And you’ve become something of a pro at capturing the perfect shots of family and friends. But it doesn’t take long before you’ve got hundreds of photos of the kids, the dog, and fun nights out hogging the memory on your phone. To get organized and share your snaps, you need to offload your images to an outside source. Here are five sites we like for online photo storage.

PicasaThis site is from Google. From here, you can also upload photos to Google+. It lets you tag your Google+ friends to share pics easily.

Flickr: Yahoo’s site gives you up to 1,000 gigabytes of free storage. You can upload your photos from any device for easy sharing.

SlickPic: Easy to navigate, this site allows you display your images in galleries and share them with others. There’s also a photo-editing service. You can sign up for an account in a snap with Facebook or Google.

Shutterfly: You can upload photos from social media and your smartphone to this site. (Shutterfly also offers prints, photo albums, and other products for purchase.) From here, it’s easy to order photos for others and have them sent directly to those people.

Snapfish: Similar to Shutterfly, this site from HP lets you upload from social media and purchase prints and other neat items. There is a function that allows you to create private groups for sharing photos.
